Earning Rewards
Rewards are earned on most standard purchase transactions, including dining, retail, groceries, and travel. Earning rates depend on card type, purchase category, and current Rewards Tier.
- Cash advances, balance transfers, interest charges, fees, and refunded purchases do not earn rewards.
- Promotional categories or partner offers may provide enhanced earning rates.
- Tier-enhanced rates apply automatically once the annual spending threshold is reached.
Redemption
Rewards hold no value until redeemed. Cashback is applied as statement credit, while travel rewards may be redeemed for flights, hotels, or cashback through the Webex Finance Rewards Portal.
- Rewards are personal and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Standard Cashback has no minimum redemption threshold.
- Travel Rewards points can be applied directly at checkout via partner booking platforms.
- Platinum points redeem at 1:1 value for travel bookings or statement credits.
Expiration and Forfeiture
Rewards validity ranges from two to five years depending on card type. Rewards may be forfeited upon account closure, confirmed fraudulent activity, delinquency, or account suspension.
Account Standing and Billing
Accounts must remain active and in good standing to earn and redeem rewards. Statements generate on the 1st of each month and payments are due on the 25th. Customers may request a billing cycle change once every 12 months if the account is in good standing.
Security
Under the Zero Liability Policy, customers are not responsible for unauthorized charges reported within 60 days. Cards can be instantly locked through the mobile app or website. Fraud disputes are investigated within 7-10 business days with temporary credit applied during the investigation.
