Tier status is evaluated annually from January 1 through December 31 based on total spending across all Webex Finance cards.

| Preferred Member | Spend $10,000+ annually. | Enhanced cashback of 3.5% dining, 2.5% groceries, 1.5% other, priority customer support, quarterly partner merchant offers, and all Basic benefits. |
| Elite Member | Spend $25,000+ annually. | Maximum cashback of 4% dining, 3% groceries, 2% other, waived foreign transaction fees, annual $50 travel or dining statement credit, concierge service, exclusive events, and all Preferred benefits. |
Once achieved, status is maintained for the rest of that year and all of the following year. Maintaining tier status requires continued qualifying spend in future annual evaluation periods.
Tier-enhanced rates apply automatically once an annual spending threshold is reached. Customers do not need to enroll separately for tier benefits.
